Have You Been There Before
Our past lives are still in our memories but our brain locks them away from us as it would probably be too much for us to cope with in our present lives. We do draw upon them, when we make comparisons with a sense of knowing. Our past lives are influencing us all the time, why do we hate spiders, why have I took an instant dislike to the new guy at work? These may all be linked with our past lives. When you get those déjà - vue moments instead of just brushing it off really try to get in touch with what you remember. What is familiar about this place, person or situation? Can you find an era in time that resonates with you? Is there a feeling like fear, anger, calm or sadness that you associate with this? Do a little research about where you are or who you are with, did something happen in that place or to that person that brings back strange unfocused memories. Of meditation is also a great way to find out about your past lives. You need to be relaxed, and clear your mind of any thought. Once all the distractions of the world are gone you will often be able to see clearly into your past life. This may be a vision, an image. a brief flash but you have no control over it. You will see small glimpses but this will get bigger with practice and your brain will only allow you to see what it thinks you can cope with. If your dreams are crystal clear and you have no idea you were dreaming you maybe remembering a past life. This is especially if your dreams are historical or packed with feelings that are not relevant to the contents of the dream. It’s time to keep a dream journal and see the patterns that occur, the eras and the people who are in your dreams. You have a soul mate, this does not need to be a partner but someone you know inside out, who the moment you met them you felt like you had know them forever. Someone whose path you have crossed many times in this life, but you 'just missed' them. This could have been your parent or lover or child in a previous life but that knowing them immediately feeling often shows you have been close in a previous life. Find a specialist regression hypnotherapist and work with them to find out all about your past lives, see what memories come to the surface and the people that appear in your lives. Again afterwards do some research into what happened in the point in time and the places you found yourself in. Let us know what you find out

Anxiety
We all get anxious from time to time, if we have something we do not want to do or going into the unknown, the butterflies in the stomach at an interview or the fear of opening the exam paper. Anxiety was designed to show us when there is something to be aware of that be a risk, it is almost an early warning system for us. Some anxiety is good for us it makes more aware and alert heightening our senses and making us perform better. Our early warning system releases adrenalin, making our heart beat faster, we need to cool down more, our n mouth dry up and everything around us becomes intensified - when we are scared every noise seems to be louder. All this ready to make us be able to fight or flee from danger. But what if there is nothing to flee from? Its takes ages for us to recover from the adrenalin burst and we remain 'wound up' for ages. If your adrenalin stays constantly up life can be unbearably intense, we can get panic attacks and feel like we are going mad. We can stuck being anxious all the time i f we are relating our present to issues in the past, if we are natural worriers who can not get out of the habit and if we have to remain in control of everything. There are many forms of anxiety and it can be debilitating, bringing on OCD, IBS, self-harm and agoraphobia. There are some simple things you can do to alleviate anxiety but you may need professional help from you GP or counsellor. Keep a diary of your anxiety for a month or so, note the intensity, where, when and who. Review it, to spot patterns, is there a place or an event that triggers you, are there something’s you avoid to lower your anxiety or are there certain people who bring on anxiety. Check out your stress levels, are you overworked and exhausted, can you change this? If not why not, maybe you need to tackle these issues too? Do you have enough time to relax, time for yourself and are you keeping healthy (food, sleep and exercise). All of these can make you anxious about coping with life. Learn to relax via meditation, massage, yoga, learn to release your tension and see if you can practice mindfulness. Change your thought pattern, try to stop the panic based thoughts by controlled breathing or change your behaviour, try not to avoid things that make you anxious by spending more time with them and increase this over time. Look for a good hypnotherapist, CBT or NLP practitioner to gain some coping techniques, or find a counsellor who gets to the real root of your issues. Hope this helps and check out our site for counsellors and agony aunts who can help.

Misunderstood Devil Tarot Card
The devil in tarot is often misunderstood, sometimes this card can be indulging yourself in something naughty and tempting. I am talking about chocolate!! This is Devil tarot card recipe taken from Nigella Lawson Ingredients 200g good quality dark chocolate , about 60% cocoa solids 200g butter 1 tbsp instant coffee granules 85g self-raising flour 85g plain flour 1â„4 tsp bicarbonate of soda 200g light muscovado sugar 200g golden caster sugar 25g cocoa powder 3 medium eggs 75ml buttermilk (5 tbsp) grated chocolate or curls, to decorate FOR THE GANACHE 200g good quality dark chocolate , as above 284ml carton double cream (pouring type) 2 tbsp golden caster sugar 1.Butter a 20cm round cake tin (7.5cm deep) and line the base. Preheat the oven to fan 140C/conventional 160C/ gas 3. Break 200g good quality dark chocolate in pieces into a medium, heavy-based pan. Cut 200g butter into pieces and tip in with the chocolate, then mix 1 tbsp instant coffee granules into 125ml cold water and pour into the pan. Warm through over a low heat just until everything is melted – don’t overheat. Or melt in the microwave on Medium for about 5 minutes, stirring half way through. 2. While the chocolate is melting, mix 85g self-raising flour, 85g plain flour, ¼ bicarbonate of soda, 200g light muscovado sugar, 200g golden caster sugar and 25g cocoa powder in a big bowl, mixing with your hands to get rid of any lumps. Beat 3 medium eggs in a bowl and stir in 75ml (5 tbsp) buttermilk. 3. Now pour the melted chocolate mixture and the egg mixture into the flour mixture, stirring just until everything is well blended and you have a smooth, quite runny consistency. Pour this into the tin and bake for 1 hour 25- 1 hour 30 minutes – if you push a skewer in the centre it should come out clean and the top should feel firm (don’t worry if it cracks a bit). Leave to cool in the tin (don’t worry if it dips slightly), then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. 4. When the cake is cold, cut it horizontally into three. Make the ganache: chop 200g good quality dark chocolate into small pieces and tip into a bowl. Pour a 284ml carton of double cream into a pan, add 2 tbsp golden caster sugar, and heat until it is about to boil. Take off the heat and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. 5. Sandwich the layers together with just a little of the ganache. Pour the rest over the cake letting it fall down the sides and smoothing to cover with a palette knife. Decorate with grated chocolate or a pile of chocolate curls. The cake keeps moist and gooey for 3-4 days

Water Signs
Our next element is water these signs are Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, these are the most sensitive signs the ones attuned to other people’s emotions. It makes them very good in a relationship, they instinctively know when to comfort and when to hold back. They look for meaning in all relationships and can pick up mood changes even in a room full of people. They bring people together and can be a healing influence but boy sometimes the opposite happens and they become emotional hoovers pulling on people’s hearts strings and cannot maintain their own boundaries. These are the signs who cry at the sad movie, are concerned with others emotional well-being and are truly sensitive to any criticism. Often psychic and secretive they have to retreat from the world regularly as others emotions affect them so badly, if they spend too much time alone they can become fearful and paranoid or turn to alcohol and drugs to cope with life. They are very trusting and expect it from the rest of the world; they are nervous about spontaneity and change due to the emotional turmoil it may bring. Water signs love beauty and art able to appreciate even the slightest nuances in the beauty of what they are looking at, they make great artists and writers if they can learn to control their sensitivity. They make natural counsellors as they are so empathetic or carers as they really do care. Water signs thrive in relationships, they nurture and protect the family unit, including negotiating the very best for their family from anyone or thing that they need to nurture it and of course will sacrifice all to protect it.

Attract Your True Love
Do you feel like you have been looking for your soul mate for as long as you can remember? Have you lost that one time love and feel you will never find it again? Or have just been so unlucky where matters of the heart are concerned that you are so exhausted and have given up all hope of finding a love? Don’t give up. We all deserve happiness and the feeling of being loved and loving someone too so here is a little “Love Spell†you can do without any consequences what so ever. Buy a single red rose and pull off each petal saying these words out loud, “Bring me my true love, old or new, so it fills my heart and soul with glee, so might it be†With each petal being removed you need to keep repeating the little chant. Once all petals are removed, place them all into a little pouch and carry them with you. Once the petals start to wilt, love will draw nearer. Once love has returned, you need to scatter the petals over a garden and return to the earth. Remember there is no consequence for this but a simple thank you to the Goddess wouldn’t go a miss!

Aries
Egyptian culture. Aries’ embodiment, the ram who is generally known as a stubborn herd animal, meanwhile was one of the most sacred animals in the times of pharaohs. It represented the most powerful and popular god of Egypt – Amon-Ra. Being the main God of centrally located Thebes he soon became the general and main God of the whole Egypt. The priests of Amon were the richest and most influential. He was the supreme God-Creator who gives life and established the reliable background for existence. Also the meaning of his name is considered to mean “hidden†so that his power is swift, fast and invisible. Amon-Ra is the Father of humans and special patron of the Royal house providing with noble spirit of aristocracy. He joins all the Elements inside him, he fecundates, he is everywhere and his breath bears the power of Life. One of the ancient hymns enchants: “Hail to You, Amon-Ra, hail to You, Lord of the Thrones of the two countries, of Upper and Lower Egypt. Eldest of Heaven, firstborn of earth, Lord of what is, present in all things. Master of Truth and Father of the gods and goddesses…†Ancient Greece. In Greece ram is always a brave, energetic and mobile animal able to overcome mountains peaks and climb through thick woods. The story of the Ram who became a constellation began with the marriage of Beotia king Athamas who married the goddess of clouds Nephele. Together they brought up two children Phrixus and Helle. But soon the king got bored and forgot his first wife having wedded another woman Ino. This one appeared to be jealous and envy of her husbands’ past and decided to kill Nephele’s kids. She schemed a plot with local women which resulted in a drought. The king instead of asking his subjects sent delegation to Delphi Oracle, kind of ancient supreme court which decisions were taken as orders. Ino was fast enough to bribe the messengers who claimed the king false answer. They told him that the earth will harvest again only if he sacrifices his kids from first marriage. Naïve Athamas had no other choice than to agree. But Nephele sent a rescuer: the Ram with golden fleece, a gift from Mercury. The ram took the twins on his back and swiftly flew over the waters of the sea. But Helle suddenly felt dizzy and fell down from the ram’s back. It happened somewhere over Dardanells, and the place she fell into was called Hellespont, “the sea of Helleâ€. Prixus reached Colchis alone and sacrificed Ram to Jupiter who sent the Ram into the sky for his savior mission. It was Ram’s golden fleece that served a mean and reason for one of the most dramatic stories in ancient myth – Jason’s adventure of kidnapping, seducting and Medea’s fatal passion and revenge. Tarot Arcana. In Tarot Aries is correspondent to Major Arcana The Emperor. The figure itself as well as other symbols deepen Aries understanding and provide with tips to enhance Aries’s energy. We can see the ram headed armrests of the Emperor’s throne as well as two profiles at the top of it. The figure of the Emperor adds solid and authority to Aries sign, isn’t it? Emperor is rather direct and stubborn but only to protect well what is in his responsibility. His harshness has approvement if he maintains the order and stability of his environment. He wants to rule and enjoys his power but it works only when there is something higher than bread and butter to fight for. The emperor is a king but resembles a medieval warrior more than a modern diplomat. As Aries you know the pain from wounds and know how to protect yourself, you hide the furious energy of battling under the cloak but always ready to jump from the thrown and fight. When Aries’ aggressiveness and impulsiveness overwhelm you look at the stout and armored king on the throne and stay fixed, make yourself sited and force to make an exact plan of your actions and words. Number 4 calls to ordering and strict organization as they are the means to channel that powerful stream of Aries enthusiasm. Yes, you are the first and you can be a prominent leader but you will also face everything you would bring to life and it’s better to imagine more exactly the nature of your initiatives and innovations. Be persistent as a ram, wise as emperor, strong as a king-warrior, creative as blessing as Amon-Ra and savior-rescuer as Ram with Golden Fleece. I hope my short suggestion will help you to invent your own way of opening the potential energy of your signs.

True Love
When a person you love, will they come back to you We could be looking towards the heavens for a miracle or divine intervention to make things work out when we are at the crossroads of realizing we may not achieve the true love we envisioned with another; this can be especially true if a lover has pulled away and you are left wondering where you and your relationship stand. Rarely is this a pleasant location to land our heart. Love can have different ideals for different people. And as varied as the ideals are reasons we may need to be separated from someone we love. Who hasn't bemoaned the realization of understanding the person we love turned out not to be the person we thought they were. And the guilt and the self-punishment we can apply to berate ourselves. Was it something I did not see? Was it something I did? What was it? Sometimes it is our reluctance to believe another person could be so weak in their personality and character that makes us feel we are standing still, waiting - which we are. We often continue hoping our lover will change their approach and attitude. It is their lack of change that often spurns on our reason to finally examine a relationship and what we need to do about it if the conclusion is not one that respects and values us. One of the divine dilemmas of being intelligent, feeling individuals is our ability to make decisions. At various points of maturity in our lives, we may make choices based on pure attraction and animal instinct or experience may have taught us other characteristics and insights need to come into our decision making. In the Tarot deck there are several cards that ask us to take an honest assessment of our true feelings and those of another - and they teach us value and respect are at the core of our truest loves. Often in a Tarot reading a client will have the encounter of the Four of Cups when they are seeking answers for a lover not connecting any longer. Fours refer to benefit and in regards to the Cups you receive the benefit of a review of the relationship. The journey of the Cups begins with an upsurge of emotional energy and desire to connect, on to feeling in-love and then we celebrate the start of relationship and now, we arrive at a true evaluation of your love. This is an interesting place for some because it requires an honest, hard look of the good and the bad - to weigh out your next move. People are human. They lie, they cheat, and all sorts of things that do not value and respect us. This is part of learning what true love really is. I have learned through many Tarot readings that encounter this card, if there is something gnawing at your internal meter of doubt and discontent - this is the time to bring the issues out to yourself. If we do not acknowledge these thoughts to ourselves, they will only dig-in deeper and drive up our suspicion and feelings of betrayal. If you have conducted this exercise be proud and strong in your decision, not weak and punishing. We also cannot move completely forward in love if we are deceiving and undervaluing ourselves. Regardless of your love outcome there is something to be learned by the experience - and it is about you! That it is why it is important to focus on what is truly - and that is the key word: truly - best for you. By reconnecting with your confidence within - you will be making your choices with a balanced head and heart away from fear and punishing thoughts! The deeper meaning of this quest is to find in another someone we can fully give our spirit and soul to; where we can weather the storms and enjoy the happy moments too. When we truly feel this in another we connect with the part of us that is capable of giving and receiving unconditional love.

Spiritual Self Care
We all take care of others and anyone with psychic skills knows how draining it can be, in fact I often think that spirit pick people who are sensitive both psychically and physically to communicate with. We all need to take care of ourselves both spiritually and physically too. Psychically is all about caring for our bodies with good food, exercise and rest, we all know that but we often neglect our spiritual self care. Spiritual self care does not just happen even if work daily with spirit; we have to make a conscious effort to care for ourselves. And if we don't a burnout will take place, often a devastating one - when you start to see the following its time to look at what is happening spiritually as well as physically - they both go together I am afraid. - Exhaustion, tiredness, a sense of being physically run down Looking at drink, drugs or food to soothe you Self-criticism for putting up with the demands Cynicism, negativity, and irritability Exploding with anger at the smallest things Frequent headaches and IBS symptoms Feelings of helplessness and despair Increased degree of risk taking. Spiritual self care encompasses your whole world and takes some effort, when you don't think you have to time for it - you really so need it in your life. Start with meditation, mindfulness and contemplation; try to connect with your inner self again. Try being in the now for longer in life; spend time in a quiet place to think about the meaning of your life, or to focus your mind on a positive idea or image. Use your affirmations to bring positivity to this time and schedule it into your day. Spend time outside, let yourself be one with nature, it is a constant reminder that we are a part of something larger than ourselves and walking in natures helps our overactive mind regain balance too. Take a seat and relax in nature and just enjoy the outside world (weather permitting) Be inspired, whether its art, books, theatre, sculptures, whatever it is, just feel inspired by life, allow yourself time every day to feel the 'buzz' and regain your optimism. Look for joy every day too and allow yourself to feel it, life will bring sadness and fear but there is always a little joy in the even the smallest things to inspire you. Love yourself again, show yourself some compassion and let go of some the expectations you have put on yourself. Celebrate your strength and accept that you are not superman/woman, practice friendship with yourself! Whatever your spiritual beliefs practice and honour them, if you can, join in with others who believe the same, join a church, temple, synagogue or community that will offer you support and love. Be with those who can help you to deepen your day-to-day experience of spirituality. Love, light and peace

Self Esteem
You know the feeling, you are giddily, you can not concentrate, you do not want to eat and you simply can not wait to be with them again – its love again! It is a wonderful feeling and hits us all at some time in our lives but do you ever wonder why it makes us feel the way we do? As human beings we are motivated to expand the self and to increase our abilities and our effectiveness leading to a greater self esteem. The main way we do this is through our relationships with other people especially the ones we love. We fall in love with a person that we find attractive and appropriate for us, but also someone who demonstrates that they are attracted to us. You may often notice couples who physically resemble each other; they are looking for a familiar and comfortable attraction. The fact that they are attracted to us already improves our feelings of self worth and we have a great opportunity to expand ourselves. Hence that initial feeling of dizzy exhilaration. So it is pretty obviously we need to have a sense of self worth to feel attractive and understand that other people could be attracted to us. If not we miss out on the opportunities to be with someone and for self expansion as maybe we feel we do not deserve them. Alongside this scientists now believe our brain is program to fall in love to ensure reproduction, most of us have three innate drives. The sex drive evolved to ensure we all looked for a romantic partner and the drive for romantic love made sure we saved time and energy by being with one person at a time. Finally attachment the strongest drive we have from birth makes us seek out a sense of security by having long-term partners who will be there to make certain the children are ok. When we find the attraction and the opportunity for love some of the most powerful brain circuits for pleasure are triggered. Hormones are produced which give us feeling of energy, focus on our desires and continued exhilaration. So in a nutshell we fall in love in three stages – lust, attraction and attachment - if only it felt as simple as that!

Giving To Much.
Many people who come to me for readings, already have some psychic ability themselves. They have strong and correct intuitions about the situation they are inquiring about, but they want confirmation and support from a reading. The issue that comes through very often from people who have strong intuitive healing skills themselves is that they are becoming drained from giving too much in a relationship. Many of us who are highly intuitive, also have healing abilities. If we are not conscious of healing a romantic partner, we might have a tendency to soak up 'negative vibes' that need clearing from them. When someone who is close to us who is 'zapping' our energy, it is very important to step back before we embark on a journey where we are simply suffering too much. It is so important that we regularly and consciously take time to heal ourselves. If we don't take the time to reconnect with a sense of joy and peace, we become trapped in a cycle of giving and healing, and feeling constantly depleted. We feel we're not 'getting anything in return' and are glum for no apparent reason. If this resonates with you, understand that you are a piece of the divine spirit that fills this universe with light. You were not born on this Earth only to give and to suffer. Joy is an important part of experiencing our connection with the divine. Joy is the spark that fires our soul and leads us to the places that bring us abundance, comfort and ease. So, before you leap to help others, and lay down all your defences for a relationship that is draining you, stop! Stop, examine and learn from how you are feeling. Are are you acting out of fear, or are you acting out of love? By love, I also mean self-love... an innate knowing from our Higher Self of what is right for us. Do you feel at peace, or do you feel discomfort? True healing is pure light, and does not take effort. It will only deplete you if you are stressed and unhappy. Ask yourself, is this relationship actually good for me? Does it bring me closer to my divine purpose, or does it constantly distract me with small worries? Do not fear letting go. Love is all around you. You will never be short of love if you are in connection with the divine. Love is light, and light is love. We are all children of the light, and we can experience the light it in the simplest if ways... watching the sun shine through glowing leaves, listening to the sound of the wind breathe through branches. Love doesn't have to come from a particular person or situation. Sometimes we are trying to push ourselves into scenarios that just don't fit, purely because we are seeking a kind of love that is already all around us. We just have to open our eyes, instead of wondering why we're not satisfied by one person or situation. We are not meant to force ourselves... we are meant to feel the light and be in flow with the universe. This is a delightful feeling that we can reconnect with through meditation, walking in nature, yoga, gardening, dancing, singing... any activity that brings us back to our core sense of confidence and ease. So, do not sacrifice your sense of peace for just anyone because you are divine! Your life is a gift... every hour of your life is precious. Use it wisely. Hold onto your grace. Pursue what helps you grow and makes you happy. You deserve it!
