Trust In The Divine
I believe that we all have those moments when we tell ourselves that there is nothing to do but trust the Higher Power to direct us to the right path in life. Sometimes we get to a point where everything feels chaotic or overwhelming, but let me tell you something: everything in your life contributed to create the person you are today. All past events, even the ones you may consider negative, (like an unsuccessful relationship) happened in the right time for a reason... (maybe to create those children you love so much!) The hardships you went through made you resilient, the good times, the troubles, the dark moments... they all contributed to introduce new people into your life and to let go of others. Clearly, all facts relates in some way to the continuous flow of your life. You shouldn't trust the Divine just because someone tells you to, you can only truly trust the Higher Power when you understand infinite loving. In order to build trust, you need to explore your spirituality to build a relationship with the Higher Source that will allow you to amplify and channel the energy of the Divine. If you are feeling overwhelmed by your problems, let go of trying to control everything, even if you don't understand it right now. Ask for inner peace that comes with trust and faith. It's important to surrender and learn to trust that things will work out. When there seems to be no way out, your relationship with the Divine can unleash gifts you could never have predicted you'd have. As children, we have better sensitivity and awareness, we don't worry as much, and we find it easier to understand the flow of life. As we grow older, our dreams begin to shift, our ego becomes bigger, and our fears start to take shape and grow. Sometimes, as adults we lose faith in the Divine, and we start to be afraid of the future. When we have a strong connection with the Higher Power, we are able to face life's hardships with courage and come out stronger on the other side. We gain the ability to climb bigger mountains. On the other hand, if we lose this trust, we begin to be consumed by our stress and our fears, and we feel defeated by the obstacles in our way. We become unable to recover from difficulties, and end up bitter, trying to find something or someone to blame, and leaving the door open to sadness, negativity and depression to inhabit us. Trust is only achieved when we have faith that we will thrive in spite of challenges. Every morning, put your trust in God to run your life, and trust His plans for you. Trust in this invisible life force that created you. Be grateful for the opportunity to wake up each day, and search for the good in your life. When you begin to pursue your dreams in trusting the Holy Spirit to lead you, you will be equipped with strength when perseverance is necessary. You will be renewed by faith and find peace in your heart, and you will let go of the concept that happiness is about having a problem-free life. Only when you let God do the driving for you, you will be able to relax with trust, rest in peace, and work in hope. You will find the courage to let go of certain things, and gain strength. In my personal experience, trusting the Divine and giving Him total control of every aspect of my life, led me to achieve things in a way that I could never have considered myself. I understood that the reason I was feeling so fearful was because I was living in conflict with God. I was trying to control things that only God can control. Trusting the Divine gave me a fresh new perspective, and it made me understand that faith is more than positive thinking. Faith is about learning to trust, it's also about learning to let go. Start accepting hardship as a pathway to peace, and basing your choices on taking the path of no resistance. Trust the Divine more and more each day, and have no fear because the Universal Creating Source will continue to uphold you, love you, and develop a wonderful loving plan in your life. New Energy For Life
The year of 2023 is almost over and now it’s time to focus on eliminating negative energy as you move into the new year. We need to to let go of those negative feelings we have building up inside of us. The first step to declutter ourselves from negative emotions is to breathe and let go of things that we don’t use anymore. This will make us feel mentally and physically better. It is important to eliminate clutter in our environment if we want to renew the energy that surrounds us. Make a goal of getting rid of everything that no longer serves you in life, so you can get rid of the negative energy that are impregnated in those things. Then, try to declutter your mind, and you’ll have more space to fill your thoughts with things that are important to you. Every morning, take full inhales through the nose and exhale through your mouth fully; as you inhale, think about positive things that makes you happy and as you exhale, let go of stress and negative thoughts. Continue to deeply breathe in and out, expanding your belly and chest while you get rid of negativity. Remember that nobody else but you can change your thoughts and your behaviour. Make a commitment to pay more attention to the positive aspects in your life, and focus on those things, rather than focusing on the negative aspects that are out of your control. Starting the new year with a positive attitude could start with simply making time each day to appreciate life, doing something you are passionate about, or that brings you pleasure. Focus on forgiving, by forgiving, you are freeing yourself of the negative energy that has been attached to a past memory and or someone in your life. Learn how to forgive in the new year. Live your life one day at a time, and think about the bad habits that you have, and how you can change those habits, in order to adopt better ones and become a happier person in 2024. If you are open to positive changes, you will understand that happiness is about relationships, experiences and moments. Let go of guilt. Remember that to free yourself from guilt is to send yourself on a direct path towards happiness. If you want to find balance in life, you need to have your priorities in place, be aware of your limits, acknowledge them, and then look for ways to take a positive turn. Nurture your spirit in the new year. Focus on discovering a greater meaning in life, and reach inner peace by practicing gratitude and self acceptance. There are many things you can do in order to live a more spiritual, meaningful, life. Keep in mind that before your levels of contentment can improve, your choices and actions must improve. Happiness is not about expressing gratitude only when you feel it, but giving thanks especially when you don’t feel like doing it. If you remember this, you will find a powerful tool to improve your well-being and start the new year on a positive note. Make a gratitude journal in 2024. This is something that can help you heal and achieve spiritual balance in the new year. All you need is a notebook, a paper pad, or any kind of paper to write down several things you are grateful for. Since I started my gratitude journal, I’ve learned that my level of happiness is directly linked to how grateful I am. It's one thing to reflect upon gratitude, but writing it down is a very moving experience. When we write it down what makes our lives meaningful, we see that gratitude isn't about stuff, we realise that gratitude is an emotional experience. Things to include in your gratitude journal: -Think about the life lessons you’ve learned in 2024 from your struggles; -Write about positive things that happened during your year in 2024; -Make a list of everything you will still care about in 5 years; -Write about your family memories in your past Year; -Write about all the good relationships you have in life and get rid of the toxic ones to make room for more positive people to enter your life; Learn to love yourself, practice acceptance and take care of your body and mind. Start to pay more attention to your blessings and remember that when you make peace with who you are, you can start 2024 prepared to reach new horizons.

Look Forward To The Future
One of the most important things to be learned in our journey, is the understanding that sometimes we need to stop holding on to the things that don't belong in our life. There is a point where is necessary to let go of negative feelings, situations and even people gracefully, in order to move forward. Letting go is like breaking a habit, it requires training yourself to think in a different way. We must understand that what completed us yesterday, may not be completing us today anymore. We tend to glorify our past, and many times, the feelings that we once had makes us think that is necessary to hold on to something in order to relive everything again. Being realistic means to live in the moment, and not in the past. When we put ourselves first, we start to realise that if something doesn't meet our needs, and we don't have the control to change it, we must move on. Life is too short not to start living now. Today, instead of dwelling on the past, I invite you to look forward to your future. Letting go of a negative factor in your life may be the key to your happiness. Tomorrow will be as bright as you want it to be.

Self Trust
To develop self-trust, you need to stop seeking the opinions of others and start recognising the guidance within you. Our self-trust become buried beneath the belief that everyone else knows better than we do, and it also becomes weakened by our constant desire to receive external validation. When you realise that trusting yourself doesn't mean that you're not afraid, it means that you act despite your fears, you will realise that trusting yourself is a habit. It is a skill that you can learn and use in your everyday life. We develop self-trust by honouring our emotions instead of hiding behind them. As you honour your feelings, you develop trust in your capacity to deal with any challenge. It's important to know yourself and have a deep understanding of your fears in life if you want to develop self trust. Only by knowing your feelings you are able to gain control over them. Self-trust is developed by nurturing our innermost thoughts. The key to self trust is to acknowledge and accept your feelings. Fostering self-trust involves developing a compassionate dialogue with ourselves. Self knowledge helps you to label your emotions and develop self-understanding, self trust and emotional intelligence. Remember that running from your fears never improves the way you feel. Empower yourself with the feeling that you know that you deserve to have everything you want, and you have no doubts that you are good enough or worthy enough. Your inner authority is the pillar of a stable emotional life. You need to learn to recognise your negative feelings and thoughts. Your fears keep you from achieving what you want in your life. If you find yourself overwhelmed by fear, meditation and mindfulness can help you to overcome negative thoughts. Whenever you notice internal unrest, it is a call to spend time in silence to examine the emotions. Just focus on the present moment, on the sounds around you, your own breathing and take deep breaths. Every time you feel negative emotions, put your focus on the present and detach yourself from it. We are more likely to pay attention to external events instead of meet our personal needs. Facing your fears help you grow, and move towards the positive side in life, allowing you to be able to change your negative feelings. Leave your comfort zone and take some risks in order to move forward. Remember that being positive about your future is possible when you learn to love yourself more and you are willing to take risks to achieve your goals. Pay attention to how you talk to yourself and avoid saying negative things about yourself and your projects to others. Improving your self talk will stop your tendency to blame yourself for anything and everything that goes wrong. Remember that when you turn your focus to your true self, you automatically focus less on your flaws. When you're constantly reminding yourself about your flaws, you are bringing negative energy to your life. Focusing on your positive traits and not comparing yourself to others is essential to build your self trust. Self-trust is achieved when you listen to our heart's guidance, rather than be dictated by the incessant thoughts. Our thoughts can sabotage us, but we can trust how our body feels moments before we react to external events. Be more mindful about your body sensations and observe them non-judgmentally. Regular meditations can empower you with the ability to be more aware of your body signals. We can be successful when we empower ourselves with the ability to confront problems. We need to learn to look at the difficult part of your life with honesty, compassion and bravery. If you are plagued with feelings of sadness, worthlessness, remind yourself that you can always choose to look on the bright side of everything. Every mistake you make can teach you a lesson for the future. You can become our own best friend if you observe the impact of your thoughts and emotions in your life, instead of remaining unconscious to them. Your self-doubt and perfectionism may be standing in the way of manifesting your gifts. Have faith, don't lose hope for a better tomorrow, and remember to ask for spiritual guidance. Distance yourself from people who undermine your self-trust and believe that you will be able to deal with any challenge. When you decide to trust yourself you will create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life.

Learn How To Communicate, Learn How To Speak
Good communication is the key to success. In social situations, being a good listener means being a good conversationalist. Listening is half of a successful conversation. If you want to improve your communication skills, you need to realise that the most effective way to get people's attention is to give them yours. When you truly listen to someone, when you offer them your full attention, you're demonstrating respect in a powerful way. Communication is a skill that can be learned, and it is a very important skill, because it can make or break most relationships. You can improve your life in a very positive way right now, by improving the way you talk to others around you. If you have an extroverted personality, you will find it easier to express yourself in any social situation, or at least you will be able to get to talk to people without feeling inadequate. But, everyone has a different conversational style, and if you are considered an introvert, social situations can be a real challenge. If you want to communicate effectively, you should try to organise and clarify ideas in your mind before you talk. Sometimes we have strong feelings about a topic, and because of that, we find it hard to communicate our views and opinions in a calm and clear manner. When you talk, It is important to deliver your message in a nice way, so that the message comes across clearly and assertively, but never in an intimidating way. You need to choose your words carefully, so people instantly understand what you are saying. This requires being open to listen to the other person, make eye contact and giving them space to share their views too. When you talk, it is important to remove distractions, so turn off all electronics that could interrupt the conversation. This will make the other person feel special, and it will show that you are not allowing external distractions to shift your concentration. Lots of people hate small talk, but we should be aware to the fact that small talk can transform into a more meaningful conversation. Any kind of relationship rely on small talk to begin with. Don't be afraid to initiate a conversation, remember that you just need to find the right things to talk about. Try to learn from each interaction with a new person. The world becomes a more interesting place when you discover that a person you've never met before may give you new perspectives, may introduce you to new things, and contribute to your life in a positive way. If you feel that you are not very good at talking to others, remember that speaking comfortably with others is not an easy task. The way people react to you will depend on what's going on in their minds, and how you express yourself. You need to speak in order to be understood, but you also need to keep in mind that others will only open up to you if you show that you're interested in them too. You need to speak to engage to the other person, not to get a reaction from them. When you communicate based on reactions, you prioritise how you feel about what is being said over the feelings of the person speaking. Whenever you feel like someone isn't listening to you, try really listening to him or her first, and then see what happens. If you can, put yourself in the other person's shoes and assure them that you can imagine feeling how they feel. It's important that you find common ground with the people with whom you communicate by asking questions, making observations, and then revealing related stories, thoughts, or experiences from your own perspective. Always be present and avoid thinking about what you want to say next. When you are too focused on what you want to say, you'll miss some of the things that the other person is saying. Whether we want to admit it or not, we love to talk about ourselves, but it is vital to make the other person never feel like we are ignoring them. Remember to let the other people talk about themselves, to use their name when you refer to them, to listen when they talk, and also try to look for similarities between both of you, because this will make them feel special. You can learn from each interaction you have. Be open-minded. when you are open to new experiences via the conversation with another person, you are practicing the skills you need in order to have better relationships. Learning to communicate better means that you speak in such a way that others love to listen to you, but you also listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.

Embrace Life
Do you have a dream or a vision for how would you like your life to be? If you do, you need to develop a plan to determine how you will reach the fulfilment of your dream, one step at a time. Maybe you don't believe that you can use your subconscious mind to turn your vision into reality, and if you don't, now it is time for you to start trying something new, because it is true when they say that when you change your mind, you can change your life. When you start to value your existence, and make a decision to count your own blessings, that's when things start to take a positive turn in your life. Instead of paying attention to someone else's blessings, begin to turn your focus to yourself, and your inner power to find meaning and wholeness. Acknowledging your blessings is the best way to change your mindset, and to be open to positive changes. Negative minds are always obsessed with the things they don't have, instead of being thankful for what they do have in their lives. An ungrateful person can never accomplish his/her dreams, because they spend all of their energy comparing themselves to other people, and wishing they were someone else. If you want to live a successful life, you need to look for the positive in any situation. A positive mind help you to create a stronger sense of personal power. Positive or negative vibes can be transmitted through the power of thoughts. Self talk is the inner voice that can either encourage or discourage us. Be aware of the way you talk to yourself, and make a conscious effort to always talk to yourself in a positive manner. Choose words that inspire you, motivate you, make you laugh, and boost your mood. Self motivation is all about figuring out what type of positive self talk will encourage and motivate you to always strive for more in life. Working on a positive mindset can be a constant challenge in the beginning of your journey to a happier life, because some of us can become so used to have a pessimist mindset that it is hard to realise when we have a negative thought. When you feel that you need to complain about something, try to think about the things that makes you smile. When you feel stressed, you should remember that in every moment you have the choice to free yourself from negativity and accept peace. When we are at peace we attract positive energy to our lives, but, if we insist on creating disturbance, we also distance ourselves from our dreams. You shouldn't wait to be happy. Value the present moment, enjoy what's happening, while it's happening. Self-awareness is the key to happiness. Everybody wants to be happy, but having that kind of pleasure can also frightens us. Allow yourself to experience positive emotions and give yourself the treatment you deserve: love yourself, accept your imperfections, and allow yourself to honour your values. Identify what is most important to you, and focus on that. You need to prioritise yourself in order to keep a healthy mind. My life really changed for the better when I started developing greater awareness of my thoughts. Focus on positive goals, while you continue to seek purpose in your job, relationship, and other activities. When you are aware of how your mind works, you are able to make better decisions. Your life can be great. If you are unhappy, it's signal to you that now it's time to make a change and adopt a more positive lifestyle. Be true to your essence, monitor your self-talk and listen to your inner voice. Don't let anyone make you feel like you don't deserve to have what you want. You can live a life that you are excited about if you embrace your dreams, follow your heart and cherish your life.

Patience
Patience is a a skill that can be learned, it just needs to be cultivated and nurtured over time. With patience you can avoid getting into unnecessary trouble, because it prevents you from reacting to things in a negative way. I truly believe that life is about accepting the present moment, and being patient means being aware and in control of your own thoughts and emotions. Patience is not merely waiting or accepting, it is a state of mind, where you deal with the things that bother you in a calm manner. As a spiritual being, relaxation and peace can impact the energy you attract to yourself. A powerful benefit to practicing patience is that you cultivate the peace of mind that will improve the quality of your life. Whenever you feel like punching life out of the way, inviting patience to the situation will make you be more willing to accept the emotions you are experiencing. When we don't take care of our emotional and spiritual side, we stop living in the present moment. We can get used to being impatient and dissatisfied all the time, and the lack of awareness of the negative feelings that we nurture can cause us to live rushing things up all the time, building up tension and stress in our system over the years. All these things will negatively affect our health and mental well-being. Take a few minutes to recharge and shift your thoughts anytime you are plagued with feelings that are overwhelming to you. Learn to nurture your inner peace by taking deep breaths and being mindful of your surroundings. Be more willing to accept the limitations of time. Did you ever asked yourself why do you keep rushing to get to the next moment, the next activity? If you feel that stress is consuming your patience, use awareness to maintain your calm. Tap into your stillness and preserve it. Remember that you are able to allow negative emotions to express themselves, and then let them go. Finding inner peace is a rewarding process. When you realise that you can find joy and fulfilment in the present moment, you will feel much happier. Remember that regardless of what other people do or think, you have a choice to decide how you allow things to affect you. Your mind may jump to negative emotions, but ultimately, you are in control of your response. Positive individuals are aware that they are in control of how they feel. They choose to be patient, despite of what is happening in their lives, because they take personal responsibility for their choices, and make the decision to focus on things that gives them purpose. Developing patience requires a change in your attitude about life. Good things in life takes time and dedication, and if you're impatient, you're more likely to give up on relationships, goals, and other things that are important to you. Don't expect your environment or other people to conform to your expectations. Have realistic expectations for yourself and practice compassion in order to transform impatience into patience. Being patient is a way of accepting your reality and treating yourself the best way possible. Life is not a race, but a journey to be enjoyed each step of the way. Have a positive outlook in life, and be hopeful no matter what. Remember that you are always in charge. Once you are able to change your attitude so that you are a patient person, you will find that patience can help you overcome any challenge that life throws at you. Even if you're powerless to change the source of your worries, you have the power to refocus your thinking. Your calmness can shift your attention away from stress and frustration. Remember that the most important thing is not your ability to wait for better times, but how you act while you are waiting.

Defining Your Values And Making Good Choices
Defining our values helps us determine our future actions and make better choices in life, and making the right choices can change the course of our journey for the better. There is a big list of blessings that comes from making righteous choices. I believe that achieving balance in life makes it easier to understand what's important to us and to process and deal with complex situations. In our lives we face problems constantly, and we pay less and less attention to our spiritual goals. It is easy to focus on the wrong things and forget about the transformations our spiritual selves are constantly going through. Some of us nurture this belief that something outside ourselves will make everything better, but it's an illusion. A big change happens when we seek to evolve spiritually and we gain self knowledge. Try to be aware of your thoughts and feelings about yourself. Self-compassion is the extension of acceptance and empathy to yourself. Self-compassion is crucial to your ability to live a balanced life. Beating ourselves up is not the same as accepting responsibility for our mistakes. If you are self compassionate, you can still own up to your mistakes without feeling that you're a terrible person. Meditation can also help us to achieve this peaceful state of mind, and make it easier to understand our true feelings about a situation. Find what gives you meaning in your life, and be around people who aren't afraid to be passionate about things. Make the choice to surround yourself with people confident in what they want, because they can motivate you to work on yourself to become a better person. As you work to fulfill the desires you want to achieve, put your best mental energies into visualising the life you want. Stay true to yourself, remember that it makes sense to prioritise some areas of your life. Love is greater than pride, ego, or any negative emotion. Loving yourself is the kindest thing you can do in order to find your own talents and strengths. Sometimes we can find inspiration in others as a way to improve ourselves, but no matter how hard you try to be inspired by someone else's achievements, in the end of the day, you are always left with what you think of yourself, so try to live your life in reflection of your unique passion. By making positive goals for your life, you can live with a purpose. When you accept yourself, you open a door to self improvement, and others will notice positive changes in you. What you need to realise is that what really define you is your effort, and not your accomplishments. Eliminate self-critical thoughts in order stay positive and honour yourself. Our emotions are a fuel which makes our thoughts powerful. When we think that we are not capable of dealing with something, we are unable to make good decisions and we make everything impossible to conquer. Be proud of yourself, practice self love and remember that what really counts is hard work and determination. Focus on the positive aspects of your life, because no matter what your situation is, you are able to transcend your present condition. When you define your values, you can use your thinking and past experiences to improve the life you live now. When you live a balanced life, your intuition can help you to make good choices and it is easier to turn to your faith to support yourself, and understand that your future can be as bright as you want it to be. Remember that your wellbeing depends on you making the most of what is happening now in your life. Make an effort to notice your priorities constantly, and you will have the confidence and assurance in your choices. Keep your soul and your heart open to miracles, and have faith in how far you can go.

New Beginning's
Change is an inevitable part of our existence. If we want to prosper and experience happiness, we have to be able to adapt to the constant changes in life. Resisting change will only hurt us and interrupt the flow of abundance into our personal space. We have to be open to allowing new energies and influences to create shifts in our life so that we can continue to evolve and grow. We can always restart our life, the new Year is the right time to start fresh, but the right time could be anytime, any day. Life is precious and we need to make the best of it. No matter what happens, there's always a time and reason to make a new beginning. In order to start fresh, we must leave the pain of the past behind us. We need to make sure that when we close one chapter in our life, we leave with a sense of love and gratitude. Moving forward requires us to let go of any grudges, bitterness and pain, and reframe our experience as a time of learning. We need to come to terms with our past and remember that whatever we're leaving behind is no longer going to be present in our physical reality, it can only be present in our memories.
